Target Birthday Gift Card
I love working with the Target team, so I was really excited to create a gift card with them that would be available all year round. This time, we were making a celebratory birthday card that was gender-neutral and for all ages. I couldn’t wait to bring this party to life with cake and all!

Process
Target gave me the concept sketch and mood board below to give me an idea of the feel they wanted to give this birthday greeting. Having quite a bit of creative freedom with this card, I thought making the letters into balloons would really lend to the celebratory effect of the image. We also wanted to differentiate the style of the two words to give the composition a bit more variety.
